Nascar Nas Hoscevar hooked me up today. His tech couldn't find my electrical issue with my brake lights in the agreed upon two hour time frame. He waived all fees after telling me they needed to spend more time. I can just walk away no harm no foul. But I'm going to drop the car off tomorrow and give them time to figure this out. He could have just took the easy money but he didn't. He's earned my trust and I'm willing to spend that extra money in diagnosing the problem. I'm keeping the faith. I've already trouble shooted this issue so I know it's a real problem. He shoots strait and earned my respect. I'll let you know how it all turns out. Thanks brother! I’ve heard great things through family and friends that have gone. Given my upsetting experiences with other shops. I finally decided to give Ace Auto Care a try and I have to say they were very helpful. Nas was very helpful. He kept in touch and sent any over text messages indicating the address and instructions to my cars care. Not only are they courteous, but they’re experienced. They thoroughly explain what they’re going to do. They were even kind enough to make a small diagnosis and let me know what needed immediate attention and what could be delayed a while. I live in the San Bernardino area, and I was in Fresno for business and my car battery died and my fuel ⛽️ door would not open. I took the car to Ace Auto Care. They were able to get me a New battery and have it installed on the same day. And repair my broken fuel door. I appreciate their Awesome Customer service. I called Ace and spoke with Nas regarding the issues I was experiencing with my car, including a humming noise at freeway speeds and a popping noise when making tight turns. After having an awful experience with the large-name dealership I purchased the car from, I wanted to make sure my car was properly inspected and returned to normal. Nas and his team took great care of my vehicle. They thoroughly inspected every part to ensure there were no remaining loose bolts or other issues that could have been causing the popping noise during tight turns. They also diagnosed the humming noise I had been hearing and determined that my tires were the source of the problem. They took care of that issue as well. When I got my car back, I was extremely pleased to hear that the issues and damage that had been previously overlooked were finally resolved. I really appreciate the time, effort, and attention to detail that Nas and his team put into my vehicle. After my experience with the dealership, it was refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cared about getting my car fixed properly. This is one of the best auto shops in the city! They care for the customers and they take care of issues seriously. Prices are leaning towards the cheaper side and it’s quality work that they do.
