I’ve heard great things through family and friends that have gone. Given my upsetting experiences with other shops. I finally decided to give Ace Auto Care a try and I have to say they were very helpful. Nas was very helpful. He kept in touch and sent any over text messages indicating the address and instructions to my cars care. Not only are they courteous, but they’re experienced. They thoroughly explain what they’re going to do. They were even kind enough to make a small diagnosis and let me know what needed immediate attention and what could be delayed a while. I live in the San Bernardino area, and I was in Fresno for business and my car battery died and my fuel ⛽️ door would not open. I took the car to Ace Auto Care. They were able to get me a New battery and have it installed on the same day. And repair my broken fuel door. I appreciate their Awesome Customer service. The service advisor kept me up to date, through the compete process!!! I highly recommend Ace to anyone looking for a great and honest repair company. I could not have asked for anything more!!! This is one of the best auto shops in the city! They care for the customers and they take care of issues seriously. Prices are leaning towards the cheaper side and it’s quality work that they do.
